We try to be it all, do it all, and make it all work for everyone around us. It’s easy to judge ourselves based on all we aren’t doing, our jobs, our homes, our children, friends, the list is sometimes endless. You are invited to “Mind Your Joy” during our next retreat. We create an experience that assists you in bringing joy to the front and center in your life. Explore your relationship with owning your joy, your unique sources of joy, and techniques to reclaim joy in your daily routine.

Women need a trusted community of support because we are not meant to do this alone. I want to invite you to join our 4 days / 3-night retreat that I call the Mind Your Joy Self-Care Retreat. This intimate experience is designed for a small group of women that will become your tribe. We will focus on discovering our passions, gain clarity on our needs, and commit to prioritizing joy. We do this through workshops, focused alone time, relaxation, and adventure. We look at our fears and desires, explore our passions, move our bodies, and quiet our minds. Through real conversations, we realize that we are not alone. We lift each other up and work together to find our way back to a joyful balance in our lives.

Treat Yourself Sessions

Each retreat you get to enjoy health and pampering sessions. Options depend on the location, but could include massage, skin care, and other pampering experiences.

Soulful Sister Circles

We will explore what you want to create and pursue. We will talk about health, business, life, and relationships. At the same time, you will get to know the other women in the group intimately. It is all up to you where we take this journey.

Wellness Sessions

Retreats are rounded off with a variety of wellness activities. This includes healthy cooking classes, meditative breathing, yoga, adventure tours and other fitness opportunities.
